Sometimes they say to me why do you have so many certificates. And I think you don't know the half of it. I have a certificate in Applied Writing from Selkirk College, I have attended SFU and enjoyed it recieving 94 credits. I have a certificate in Open Pit Mining. Iam a writer and poet. I am also 61 years old so if you have questions remember that a life unlived is very boring but one that you embrace and enjoy is so very worthwhile.

Frog Spirit Holistic Healing

Frog Spirit Holistic Enterprises is about energies. It is about a strength that resides in the self. We are creatures of light just one step away from empowerment. Each of us has a purpose and a reason for being. Empowering the self to be the happy self it can be is wonderful and freeing.

Frog Spirit is committed to the health of the individual and the earth. Meditation, grounding, and spending time in nature all are tools that help us shape our destinies. Social structures may shape us but is our selves or that "self-energy" that defines us.

Reflexology is a healer. Using pressure points it clears channels and allows the body to heal itself. Reflexology can help to heal most ailments. We also will speak to groups about particular concerns. There is no charge for these sessions.

The spirit can heal and Reiki touches the soul. Reiki is a Japanese word representing Universal Life Energy. Reiki is based on the belief that when spiritual energy is channelled through a Reiki practitioner, the patient's spirit is healed, which in turn heals the physical body.

We work with stones as our ancestors did at Stonehenge or in the dolmain. We work with symbols knowing that those symbols because of the prayers and feelings of generations before us are embodied in them. We never refuse a Reiki treatment because the gift of healing is too precious to ignore.

We offer Reflexology, Holistic and Chair Massage, and Intuitive Readings. As a Chartered Herbalist we love plants, herbs, and potions. We are available for speaking engagements and offer workshops throughout the year.
