Reiki

Why Reiki? Because where ever Reiki is applied the energies travel to the part or parts of your body where it is needed. It is so powerful it has even changed the composition of water changed. Reiki can be applied in person or by distance using a trained pracitioner.

Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Key) is used to describe many types of healing and spiritual work and is not exclusive to system of healing based on Dr. Miako Usui’s method. Rei in Japanese means spirit and ki means life force energy. they can be read as "spirit led life force energy." Dr. Usui’s method is called the Usui System of Natural Healing or Usui Reiki Ryoho.

Reiki is special and what we practice is Usui Reiki and Shamanic Reiki. What Reiki does is to helps you connect to your real self and to your own inner knowledge. Its effects are very real. By placing the hands on the chakra centres and channelling the spiritual energies both mental and physical healing are assisted.

Reiki, according to its founder, Mikao Usui was to be available to anyone. It is the soul-force, the spiritual power that organizes and directs all energies in a
holistic or synergistic way.

Frog Spirit offers both hands on sessions to assist healing and attunements to the master level.

Alexa Pongracz has been a second degree Usui Reiki practioner since the late 80`s and a Reiki Master Teacher since 2005. She has been a Shamanic Reiki Practioner and Master since 1995. Shamanic Reiki is a technique that involves the use of earth elements in healing and in attunements.

Reiki attunements are by special request only. Classes are also available.
