Alexa Pongracz has been a second degree Reiki practioner since the early 80`s and is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, a Shamanic Reiki Teacher, and a Crystal Reiki Master Teacher.

She recieved certification in Aromatherapy in 2005.

The Pacific Institute of Reflexology is one of the foremost institutes in Canada and Alexa has taken both basic Holistic Reflexogy and also the Professional Reflexology.

Alexa Pongracz, CH, recieved her Chartered Herbalist Diploma in April of 2009.

Alexa uses her intuitive abilities to find and work with various problems.

She has always been a psychic-intuitive.
