Chair massage is a unique technique based on standard massage practices that helps remove mental fogginess, increases your bodies' energy and helps to heal aches and hurt due to repetitive stress injuries, like carpal tunnel syndrome. This dynamic massage technique enhances the body's circulation which promotes self-healing.
Using pressure points and gentle massage this technique relaxes the body and soothes the spirit.
You don't have to be undressed for Chair Massage. It fits into your time shedule as treatments are available for effective relaxation can be achieved in just a few minutes, with massage sessions ranging from 5 to 30 minutes, typically 15 minutes in a workplace setting. Prices are a dollar a minute (plus travel in some instances) and we come right to your door, or office. We will even meet you at the airport if that is the only time you have.
Chair Massage offers an opportunity to unstress the entire body and assist in healing. Our Chair massage sessions are primarily for the upper back, shoulders, neck and arms but other areas can be incorporated.
